Hi, I’m Dani, the illustrator and founder behind Mulberry & Twine. My journey into the world of watercolor art started with a deep love for wildlife, historic sites, hiking, and drawing. These passions have shaped my creative vision and are at the heart of every illustration I create.

Growing up, I was captivated by the enchanting works of Anita Jeram and Janet Ahlberg. Their ability to bring stories to life through delicate, heartfelt illustrations has been a constant source of inspiration for me. Anita Jeram’s charming depictions of animals and Janet Ahlberg’s imaginative storytelling through art sparked my love for creating whimsical, nature-inspired illustrations. Their work taught me the power of art to evoke emotion, tell stories, and connect with people on a deeper level.
